Vision

While Cindy was in a time of intercession for our nation, the Lord said: ”The strongman of this nation does not live in Washington, D.C.—the strongman lives in New York City. Call together my people to pray for the economy.

 

In response, we are issuing a prophetic call for believers worldwide to converge in New York City—"the financial capital of the world".

Post Event Report

On October 29, 2008, a team of Apostolic Prayer Leaders from the United States Reformation Prayer Network joined together, to pray for the global economy at various strategic sites throughout New York City, including the trading floor of the Stock Exchange and the Federal Reserve Bank of New York.

Thousands upon thousands of believers around the world also joined us in intercession on this day, praying on-site at stock exchanges, banks and financial institutions within their own nation.

gathered at Gateway City Church in Brooklyn, New York for Convergence ‘08, an intercessory prayer conference and emergency prayer rally, to cry out against economic collapse.

Through the revelatory teaching of economist Jerry Tuma, Cindy and Mike Jacobs, and other Apostolic Prayer Leaders, believers were taught how to spiritually map our economic structures, respond strategically for releasing the Joseph anointing, and intercede effectively to shift the economy—from a bull and bear market, to a Lion market.
