The Macedonian Call: Israel Trip Report
Mike and I are so excited to give you an update on our recent ministry trip to Israel. It was a tremendous opportunity to impact leaders of nations as we participated in two major events—the All Nations Convocation and the Feast of Tabernacles gathering with the International Christian Embassy of Jerusalem (ICEJ).
Our hearts were impacted by so many people asking us to come to their nations and speak to their leaders. It can feel overwhelming sometimes, and we find ourselves desperately praying, “Lord, how do we do all of this?” We were especially honored and humbled by the opportunity to minister to Israeli leaders. God is at work in the nations!
It was so amazing to be in Israel during some of the most significant holy days of the Jewish year—Yom Kippur, the Day of Atonement and the Feast of Tabernacles. As you may have seen in the news, there was rioting and tension in the Jerusalem, but we were safe the whole time. In fact, we were better than safe because we were with people from 150 nations, praying and crying out to God. Absolutely stunning!
One of our prayer assignments took us to the Syrian border. We were so close, you could hear the artillery. As their nation continues to be in such turmoil, it was a very important time to be praying there.
The Blood Moon
For quite some time, people from all over have been asking me, “Cindy, what do you think about this blood moon? What’s going to happen?” We’ve heard what so many others were saying—the rapture, global economic collapse and so on—but I wasn’t getting anything, no word from the Lord about any calamities tied to that date. What I did keep sensing was, “This is a harvest moon! It’s time for a great awakening.”
We were on the Mount of Olives on the night of the blood moon. Across the valley, a group from the convocation was gathered on the east side of the Temple Mount, at the place many believe is where Peter addressed the crowd of 3,000 on the day of Pentecost. There was a dissonance and harshness in the atmosphere, but then, that group began to worship. We could hear the sounds and the shofars rolling across the hills, and the atmosphere completely changed.
We heard countless remarkable stories from people around the world about supernatural ways God is manifesting, and what I believe is this: the harvest moon, the blood moon, that we and so many others witnessed is a sign of God manifesting in the earth, changing the hearts of people and drawing them to Himself.
The Feast of Tabernacles
I was honored to be asked to speak at the ICEJ Feast of Tabernacles gathering. It is quite an event—the pageantry, the worship, the people from so many nations. Many of the attendees made enormous sacrifices in order to attend, and there was a profound manifestation of love.
I was asked to speak to a group of about 1,000 Chinese, and they were so impacted by God. I shared on miracles, and the Holy Spirit just fell in that place. Another afternoon, I got to speak to a huge group of Brazilians on how to disciple a nation, and I believe that time is going to have a major impact on their nation.
The whole theme of the event was “Reformation,” and I believe that as all these groups take the pieces that were imparted to them back to their homelands, their nations are going to be transformed. It is an exciting time.
Looking Ahead to China
Our time with Chinese believers while we were in Israel has stirred our hearts even more for our upcoming trip to China. In less than two weeks, we will be headed there. The church leaders told us that Possessing the Gates has impacted believers across their continent and mobilized prayer, and now they want me to come back and teach them about prophecy.
We can’t thank you enough for standing with us in prayer and giving toward these trips. Together, we are able to impact nations and partner with God in a great awakening that will usher so many into His kingdom. We couldn’t do it without you, and we look forward to bringing you another powerful report about what God is doing in China.
Thank you so much for your prayers and support. These trips would not be possible without your prayer support or the financial seeds you've planted. We are transforming nations together!
