Prayer for Ukraine and Canada
Ukraine
"My God, my rock, in whom I take refuge, my shield, and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold and my refuge, my savior; you save me from violence. I call upon the Lord, who is worthy to be praised, and I am saved from my enemies." (2 Samuel 22:2-4; ESV)
One of the most important things we should be praying for right now is the threat of Russia invading Ukraine. "Putin poised to invade Ukraine this week, igniting the biggest land war since WWII."1 Russia and Ukraine have failed to come to an agreement and now Russia's military presence has increased in Ukraine. There are reported to be 150,000 Russian troops at Ukraine's border at this time. No one knows for sure if Russia will invade Ukraine, but war would not be good for the nations of the earth. I have previously asked us all to pray over this situation to avoid a third world war. Pray for the thousands and thousands of Russian and Ukrainian soldiers to be spared from death should any level of war occur. "One intelligence estimate indicates upwards of 50,000 deaths could result... and hundreds of thousands of refugees could also be created from such a war."2 The Ukrainian Church is responding with strong spirit-filled worship sessions, thanking God for saving them. The Ukrainian church has been praying every day for five years, even on their knees in the snow, to prevent war with Russia.

"They have blown the trumpet and made everything ready, but no one goes to war, for My wrath is upon the whole multitude."

Canada
It was recently prophesied over Canada, "Watch! For a new day is dawning over this nation. For a nation cocooned in darkness shall suddenly break free from the place of demonic bondage, isolation, and oppression. For a time of divine transformation, reformation and rebirth is now coming upon the nation of Canada!" 8 "Christians have been participating in a Jericho March each day in Ottawa–it will culminate Thursday, February 17, 2022, at 1:05 with a blowing of the shofar! They are believing for the bringing down of the walls of division and the loosing of a spirit of FREEDOM." 9 The Church is blowing the trumpet and literally building a firewall of intercession with 24/7 prayer to build a wall of protection around Canada.
Pray for liberty and freedom for Canada:
"Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom."
