Recently, Mike and I traveled to Nairobi, Kenya to minister with Apostle Julius Suva at Heaven's Fire conference on the topic of discipling nations. As usual, God had assignments up His big sleeves for us.

Mike and I enjoyed an unusually long ministry trip to beautiful Costa Rica—12 days! The tourist agency advertises it as an infinite paradise—you only have to visit once to know why.

Mike and I just returned from a great trip to England and France. Even though we’ve been to Europe many times over the years, this experience was remarkable on a new level.

I travelled to the Dominican Republic this month—what a gorgeous place and such amazing people! We saw God display His love in profound ways. I made a little video to share a powerful testimony with you. I hope you’ll be encouraged by what God is doing.

Throughout our lives, it seems God has given us the honor of working in a particular nation at a divinely opportune moment. There are seasons in history when God highlights a certain nation for kingdom purposes. Prophetically, it is critical to "seize the moment" and give our time and energy to those places.

Mike and I are so excited to give you an update on our recent ministry trip to Israel. It was a tremendous opportunity to impact leaders of nations as we participated in two major events—the All Nations Convocation and the Feast of Tabernacles gathering with the International Christian Embassy of Jerusalem (ICEJ).

Looking back over my recent travels gives me such a sense of joy at the amazing ways different parts of the Body of Christ are busy serving the Lord.

One of our recent trips took us to River of Life Church in Santa Clara, California—to my knowledge, the largest charismatic Mandarin-speaking church in America. The pastor, Tong Liu, is of Taiwanese background and is an extraordinary visionary.

Mike and I were recently in Cartagena, Colombia, which is a beautiful fortress city, formerly under Spanish rule. It now has a population of over one million residents.

We stayed in a hotel that used to be a monastery—thick walls painted in bright hues with a striking view of the sea.

Our most recent journey took us to Jordan and Israel to minister and take part in the Empowered21 Global Congress. Before making this trip, we really prayed about whether or not we should go. Jordan is a modern enclave in the midst of a sea of regional unrest and there has been a lot of tension in the area.

Many have been concerned about our nation, in light of the prophetic words about an economic shaking in the fall. In response to these words, we took a team of our prayer generals to New York City for a time of strategic prayer.

Around the turn of this century, the Lord gave me a remarkable prophetic word.

Mike and I recently flew into Salta, Argentina, with great anticipation. For myself, it had been 14 years since I last preached in this beautiful former Spanish colonial city located at the foot of the Andes mountains. Even though it was fall in the country (their seasons run opposite of ours in the United States), the landscape was green, and the climate was unseasonably mild.

One of the great heroines of the faith in American church history is Sister Aimee Semple McPherson. Her dramatic, illustrated sermons throughout the 1920s and 30s opened the eyes of many people to the truths of the gospel. She became a great healing evangelist and media pioneer, being one of the first Christians to use radio to preach the gospel.

In mid-December, Mike and I traveled to several cities in Brazil on a trip arranged by a young apostolic leader named Fernando Guilian. While we normally do not travel much at this time of year, we felt a tug from the Holy Spirit to invest in this land of revival.

I recently returned from the United Kingdom after an amazing ministry trip arranged by Rose Sambrook, a powerful and vibrant leader who pastors with her husband, Kevin, in Northern Ireland. She sacrificed greatly to put this journey together, and I am thankful to both of them.
