Cindy's Travels to Mongolia and Colombia
Mike and I were recently in Cartagena, Colombia, which is a beautiful fortress city, formerly under Spanish rule. It now has a population of over one million residents.
We stayed in a hotel that used to be a monastery—thick walls painted in bright hues with a striking view of the sea.
We spent one morning ministering to the business leaders of the church, and the power of the Holy Spirit swept into the room at the hotel. The anointing was so strong that people were weeping and being touched by God's power as they were healed and restored. I love my job!
We also partnered with Enlace TBN and Rony Chavez from Costa Rica, as well as pastors from some of the largest churches in Colombia, for a Latin American Prophetic Consultation. This was an Acts 13 moment for the church in this nation as we begin our journey to find and release the prophets of Latin America.
The month of June was powerful as well—we traveled to Seoul, South Korea, and Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia.
The Korean meeting was held at a large Christian university called Sejong. Some of you might have heard that there has been a sickness called MERS (Middle Eastern Respiratory Syndrome). Fears of contagion had caused other organizations to cancel their annual meetings, but we all felt from the Lord that we should proceed with the Prepare the Way conference sponsored by Young Dong First Church and Pastor Hye Ja Kim.
I'm so glad that we stayed the course! The auditorium was packed with thousands of participants. The word I gave was that it was a new season, which was certainly true for many as they received powerful words and miracles.
From there, we went to Mongolia, where we had been once before for a meeting sponsored by a group of pastors in unity. Like last time, it was packed with expectant people. I wish you could hear the Mongolians sing—so exuberant and joyful! Most of the Christians there are first generation believers.
Of course, one of the most exciting things for me is seeing people come to Christ! Some very hardened-looking sinners came forward at the meetings with tears in their eyes to accept Jesus Christ.
Mike and I also made a brief video with a little more insight on our time in South Korea and Mongolia that you can watch above.
Thank you for your prayers; in a sense, we feel you're traveling with us on this journey to see the nations worshipping The Lord!
Many blessings!
